To ensure our users get the most out of BIMcollab, we are looking for a
Junior BIM Specialist to join our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team. 

In this role, you will work directly with BIM professionals around the world. Helping them solve problems, improving their experience. We continuously explore new ways to improve the way we support our customers. There is a strong focus on AI-powered tools which you also help to implement and improve. This position is ideal for an AI-enthusiast with BIM experience who enjoys helping others to shape better digital workflows for the industry.  

About the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team

The Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team ensures that our users can successfully work with BIMcollab at every stage of their projects. 
 

Our team consists of 8 colleagues with strong backgrounds in BIM and software. Together we focus on improving our customers’ journey: from onboarding and support to knowledge sharing and product feedback. 
 

We work in two-week sprints, contributing to several initiatives that improve the experience of BIMcollab users worldwide. 

 

Our work includes: 

  • Supporting users through technical support and troubleshooting

  • Improving our AI-powered support processes

  • Developing learning material for the BIMcollab Academy

  • Expanding our Help Center and knowledge base

  • Improving customer onboarding and activation

  • Creating BIM-related educational and product content

 

Our goal is simple: make sure every BIMcollab user can successfully work with our platform at any moment.

  • A competitive salary of €3232 - €4041 gross based on experience

Job requirements

We are looking for someone who combines BIM knowledge with a strong helping mindset. You enjoy solving problems, improving workflows, and helping other professionals work more efficiently. 
 
You ideally have: 

  • Bachelor thinking/working level

  • A background in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or BIM

  • Experience with BIM workflows in design or construction

  • Familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit, Archicad, Solibri of similar

  • Interest in openBIM and digital collaboration

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • Curiosity about AI and how it can improve customer support and knowledge systems

  • Excellent communication skills in English

Additional languages are a plus, as we support customers around the world. 
Experience with BIMcollab is not required — we will teach you everything you need to know.
