  • Model Quality Assurance (MQA) - to validate and improve 3D BIM models.

  • Common Data Environment (CDE) - to unify project information in one reliable source of truth.

The challenge

As Business Development Executive for the French Market, you’ll take full commercial ownership of this key region. With well-known clients already using the platform, the foundation is strong - but the potential is much bigger. Your mission is clear: strengthen and grow the French market through structured business development, strategic outreach and consultative selling. 

You focus on expanding BIMcollab’s footprint among large and mid-sized contractors, engineering and design firms, and public sector clients and asset owners. You’ll report to the Head of Sales and work closely with colleagues in customer success, marketing and product.

What you’ll do

  • Drive new business. Build and manage your pipeline through inbound leads, targeted outreach and account-based actions - no endless cold calling.

  • Own the full sales cycle. Run discovery calls, demos and workshops. Create strong proposals and close deals that deliver long-term value.

  • Work with complex DMUs. Navigate stakeholders such as BIM managers, project directors, IT and procurement, and align them toward one decision.

  • Shape implementation projects and roll-outs. Collaborate with customer success to ensure smooth handovers and fast value during early project phases.

  • Partner with marketing. Co-create regional campaigns, webinars and events tailored to the French market.

  • Feed market insights back into the company. Share insights on customer needs, buying behavior and competitors to improve strategy and product direction.

  • Represent BIMcollab in the field. Attend key industry events - online and occasionally on-site - to strengthen BIMcollab’s presence in the French BIM community.

What we offer

  • Salary (OTE): €70K - €110K gross per year. Depending on experience.

  • Variable compensation (included in OTE) based on clear targets, with potential overachievement up to 200% of target.

Job requirements

What you bring

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B sales in a tech or software environment.

  • Proven track record in consultative, solution or enterprise sales.

  • Experience managing the full sales cycle in the French market.

  • Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders such as C-level, directors and public sector decision makers.

  • Native or near-native French, plus fluent English for internal collaboration.

  • Bachelor or Master-level thinking and communication skills.

  • Affinity with the construction industry or BIM is a big plus, not a must.

You’ll join an international sales team of 8, and collaborate closely with ~40 colleagues across customer success, marketing and support.
