Since 1992, KUBUS has helped architects in the Netherlands and Flanders improve the way they design, collaborate and work with BIM. We provide software such as Archicad, BIMcloud and BIMx, but our role goes far beyond supplying technology. Through practical training, expert support and local software development, we help architectural practices use BIM successfully in their day-to-day work.

From KUBUS to BIMcollab
BIMcollab grew from the knowledge and practical experience developed within KUBUS. Working closely with architects, engineers and other construction professionals, we saw that effective collaboration between disciplines remained a challenge for our customers. Information was scattered, issues slipped through the cracks, and model quality was difficult to monitor.
In 2014, KUBUS launched BIMcollab to improve issue management and collaboration in BIM projects. What began as a solution to a real customer need has since grown into an international software platform with its own product, engineering, sales, marketing and customer success teams. Today, BIMcollab a distinct brand while remaining closely connected to KUBUS.
One organization, two areas of expertise
KUBUS and BIMcollab share the same origins, organization and office. At the same time, the two brands serve different customers and focus on different solutions. KUBUS primarily works with architects and design professionals in the Netherlands and Flanders,whereas BIMcollab serves construction teams and organisations around the world.
KUBUS and BIMcollab may work with different products and markets, but ultimately they share the same goal: helping people in the construction industry collaborate more effectively and create better buildings.
