Junior BIM Customer Experience Specialist

For our Digital Customer Experience team, we are looking for a Junior BIM Customer Experience Specialist: someone with experience in BIM practice who wants to help bring BIMcollab to the market from inside a SaaS company.

You have worked as an architect, engineer, BIM coordinator, or BIM specialist. You understand the daily reality of BIM professionals because you have been there yourself. But what you enjoy most is not necessarily project delivery itself.
You enjoy explaining software, helping others work smarter, solving workflow questions, and making complex digital processes easier to understand.

At BIMcollab, you will use your BIM knowledge to help thousands of professionals successfully work with our platform. You will support users, create educational content, improve onboarding, contribute to our knowledge base, and help us continuously improve the customer experience.

This is a role for someone who wants to move from working in the BIM market to helping shape the BIM market through software.

Important to know about this role

This is NOT a BIM consultancy or project-delivery role.

You will not work as an architect, engineer, BIM coordinator, or BIM consultant on customer projects. You will not take over BIM coordination tasks for our customers.

Instead, you will use your BIM experience to help professionals succeed with BIMcollab. You will explain workflows, answer product-related questions, create learning materials, improve onboarding, and translate real BIM practice into better customer experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in architecture, engineering, construction, or BIM coordination and now wants to make a broader impact through software, education, and customer enablement.

To ensure our users get the most out of BIMcollab, we are looking for a Junior BIM Customer Experience Specialist to join our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team. 

What will you do

In this role, you help BIM professionals get the most value from BIMcollab. Your work is focused on software adoption, customer enablement, knowledge sharing, and improving the digital customer experience.

You will:

• Answer product and workflow-related questions from BIM professionals around the world

• Investigate user issues and translate them into clear explanations or internal feedback

• Create and improve learning materials for the BIMcollab Academy

• Expand our Help Center, knowledge base, and product documentation

• Improve onboarding and activation journeys for new users

• Contribute to AI-powered support tools and knowledge systems

• Use your BIM background to make our platform easier to understand and adopt

You will work together with colleagues from customer succes, product, development, and marketing.

What will you NOT do

• Deliver BIM consultancy on construction projects

• Take responsibility for customer project delivery

• Create or manage BIM models for clients

• Act as an external BIM manager for customers

Your impact will come from helping users succeed with BIMcollab as a platform, not from executing BIM work for them.

• Communicate clearly in English

Experience with BIMcollab is not required. We will teach you everything you need to know.
